This Lucky Craft Crank Bait is custom designed and painted by Big Drew. They are custom pained by hand with a lot of love, time and effort in order to create some of the best lures available.

 

The Lucky Craft lure is a high floating plastic crankbait. The Lucky Craft  Series reigns supreme in heavy hard rocky bottom areas where large bass lurk.  The LC RTO 1.5 DD series gets down even deeper but has all the same great action as the original 1.5 series.

Big Drews Outdoor Goods wants you to be totally satisfied with your fishing lures. However, if you would like return them, you may do so by notifying us in writing via e-mail bigdrewscustomgoods@gmail.com.

 

You can return non customized goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging, with accessories and free gifts included if applicable.

 

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed. You will receive it within 30 days.

 

Products at Big Drews are NOT mass produced.  They are custom made and therefore have some variation from one to the next.  No two items are exactly the same.  While we are sure you will be very happy with the product, please note that it will not resemble the exact image in the picture.

 

Customized products can not be returned.  We apologize, but custom orders are customized for you and you alone.  We thank you for your understanding.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

For custom orders it will normally require an additional 10 days.  We will contact you via email and confirm once your order has been received.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, but a 2-3 day processing time is still required.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes

 

Big Drew’s ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.  An actual street address is required for shipping.  Due to package size we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Big Drew’s is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Big Drew’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
